What if one weekend could awaken the authentic woman who's been waiting beneath the performance?

What if two days could shift what years of thinking about change couldn't?

This is not a workshop. This is not a seminar.

This is where you stop performing and start being. This is where your authentic self finally has permission to emerge.

The Disconnection We All Live

You know you're not being fully yourself. You've known it for a while now.

You've read the books, done the therapy, had the insights. You understand that you deserve to take up space. You know you should speak your truth. You've learned about boundaries and self-worth and authenticity.

But knowing isn't the same as living it.

Because transformation isn't just intellectual—it's experiential.

You're still performing versions of yourself that feel acceptable. You're still hiding parts of who you really are. You're still exhausted from the constant editing, the careful curation, the performance of being who you think you should be.

You've been thinking about being authentic—but you haven't fully experienced what it feels like to just... be yourself.

Sister, there is a way to bridge the gap. There is a path from understanding to living. And it happens when you finally give yourself the space, the permission, and the container to stop performing and start being real.

This Weekend Changes Everything

Over two transformational days, you'll experience what months of intellectual work cannot provide: deep authentic reclamation.

  • This is where you stop performing and start being.
  • This is where authenticity moves from concept to lived reality.
  • This is where you stop thinking about freedom and start living it.

What Makes This Weekend Transformational:

Deep Coaching & Breakthrough Work - Real-time transformation, not just information. You'll experience shifts that change how you show up in your life.

Authentic Expression Practices - Permission to be completely real—to speak what's true, express what's been hidden, and show up without the masks.

Safe Container for Truth-Telling - Practice being unapologetically yourself in a space where authenticity is celebrated, not judged.

Release & Reclamation - Let go of the performances that exhaust you and reclaim the authentic woman beneath.

Sacred Sisterhood - Be witnessed, held, and celebrated by women who understand the journey to authenticity.

Integration & Anchoring - Rituals and practices that help you take this transformation home with you.

Why In-Person Changes Everything:

My in-person weekends create powerful transformation because:

✨ You experience deep safety in community—permission to be fully yourself
✨ Breakthroughs happen in real-time—when you're witnessed in person, magic unfolds
✨ The work goes deeper—beyond what's possible through a screen or alone
✨ You leave changed—not inspired to change, but actually transformed at the core
✨ You feel less alone—you realize other women are carrying the same hidden truths

 Here’s what I know to be true…

Transformation happens in groups.

Inner transformation requires effort, a safe space, an experienced guide, and a whole lot of love. When this is done within a community who is also committed to learning and growth, anything is possible.

Who This Weekend Is For

This retreat is for the woman who:

✨ Has done the intellectual work but is ready for experiential transformation
✨ Knows what she wants to embody but hasn't fully lived it yet
✨ Is ready to stop analyzing and start being
✨ Craves deep, authentic connection and community
✨ Wants to experience breakthrough, not just talk about it
✨ Is willing to be vulnerable, to be real, to be seen
✨ Knows that true transformation happens in community, not isolation

This is for you if: You're ready to bridge the gap between who you know you are and how you're actually showing up in your life. You're willing to be vulnerable, to drop the performance, to let yourself be seen.

This might not be for you if: You're looking for more intellectual understanding, you're not ready to be vulnerable in a group setting, or you prefer working through things alone.

My Story: From Self-Abandonment to Authenticity

I know what it's like to lose yourself.

I grew up in an alcoholic home where survival meant staying small. Where love felt conditional on being quiet, being good, being invisible. My mom was kind, but kindness isn't the same as being seen. And though my parents never meant to harm me, I learned the most devastating lesson a girl can learn:

To be loved, I had to abandon myself.

So I became an expert at it. I learned to ignore my own needs, silence my voice, and twist myself into shapes that would keep the peace. I became the "good girl" who never caused trouble, never asked for too much, never took up space.

It worked—in the way childhood survival strategies work. I avoided conflict. I stayed safe.

But the cost was everything that made me me.

The Price of Performance

Those patterns followed me into adulthood like a shadow I couldn't shake.

I became a people-pleaser who couldn't say no. A conflict-avoider who swallowed her truth. A woman who had no idea what she actually wanted because she'd spent a lifetime asking everyone else what they wanted first.

And when I got married the first time, I chose a man who confirmed everything I'd learned as a child: that my needs didn't matter. That love meant giving myself away. That intimacy meant disappearing.

He was emotionally unavailable. I complained. Then I worked harder to earn his love. He had an affair. The marriage ended.

And I was left standing in the wreckage, finally forced to ask the question I'd been avoiding my entire life:

Who am I when I'm not performing for someone else's love?

The Journey Home

That question led me on the most sacred journey of my life.

I had the profound honor of being coached by Dr. Gay Hendricks, best-selling author of Conscious Loving, who helped me see the patterns I'd been unconsciously repeating. Then I earned my Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica—not just to learn about healing, but to experience it.

It was in that crucible that I began to reclaim my authentic self.

I learned how to release the pain I'd been carrying since childhood. I learned how to stop abandoning myself in relationships. I learned how to make choices that honored who I actually was, not who I thought I needed to be.

And slowly, beautifully, everything changed.

I started speaking my truth—even when my voice shook. I started honoring my needs—even when it felt selfish. I started taking up space—even when old voices told me to shrink.

I stopped performing. I started being.

And the most miraculous thing happened: the right love found me.

What's Possible on the Other Side

Today, I'm married to a man who sees me. Who honors me. Who loves me not despite my authenticity, but because of it.

I'm in love in a way I didn't know existed—the kind where both people feel deeply cherished and celebrated. Where intimacy doesn't require self-abandonment. Where being yourself is not only safe, it's desired.

But more than that? I'm in love with my own life.

I raised two daughters who are largely free of the dysfunction that marked my childhood. They know how to honor themselves, speak their truth, and take up space unapologetically. Watching them be authentically themselves is my greatest pride.

And now, I get to help other women find their way home too.

Why I Created RECLAMATION

I created RECLAMATION because I know what it's like to live fragmented. To feel like you're watching your life happen to someone else. To be exhausted from the constant performance of being who you think you should be.

I know what it's like to give yourself away in relationships, hoping it will finally make you worthy of love.

And I know—deeply, intimately—what it's like to come home to yourself. To reclaim the woman you were before the world taught you to shrink. To discover that authenticity isn't something you create—it's something you remember.

The tools and practices I share in RECLAMATION aren't theoretical. They're the exact practices I used to:

  • Release decades of childhood pain and divorce trauma
  • Stop abandoning myself in relationships
  • Learn to speak my truth without fear
  • Create genuine intimacy based on authenticity, not performance
  • Build a life that reflects who I truly am

Whether I'm coaching, creating sacred space, or dancing freely—I'm living proof that reclamation is possible.

That you can come home to yourself.

That the authentic woman you're longing to be isn't someone you need to become—she's who you've always been, waiting for permission to emerge.

The Invitation

If my story resonates with yours—if you see yourself in the girl who learned to abandon herself, in the woman who's tired of performing, in the soul who's ready to come home—then RECLAMATION is for you.

I've walked this path. I know the way.

And I'd be honored to walk beside you as you reclaim the most important relationship of your life:

The one with yourself.

With love and deep knowing,
Vickie
