"We are filled with the longing for the wild. There are few culturally sanctioned antidotes for this yearning."

— Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves

This is for you if...

You remember feeling free in your body — and you're ready to feel that again.

Somewhere along the way, you learned to be smaller. Quieter. More careful.

You set aside your joy, your pleasure, your fierce self-expression — because the world asked you to be tame.

UNTAMED is an invitation back to yourself.

You might feel...

  • Disconnected from your body and her wisdom

  • Like you've forgotten how to play, to move, to feel joy

  • Exhausted from performing "niceness" rather than living truth

  • Hungry for community with women who are done being small

  • Ready to reclaim parts of yourself that have been silent too long

  • Called toward something sacred, embodied, and real

What is The 360 Emergence?

UNTAMED is built on The 360 Emergence — a powerful embodiment map that uses free-form movement and dance as medicine.

It is not a performance. There is no choreography to learn, no steps to get right.

It is an invitation to listen to your body, follow your impulse, and discover what lives beneath the surface when you finally — fully — move.

Embodied Freedom

Using the 360 Compass as your guide, you'll move from compressed to open, from numb to feeling. Your body holds wisdom that words cannot touch.

Sacred Container

This is a women-only, no-judgment space — free from the male gaze — where every emotion, every impulse, every expression is welcome. All of you belongs here.

Collective Healing

Something powerful happens when women gather with intention. The energy of collective feminine freedom is unlike anything you've felt in a mixed space.

WHY WOMEN-ONLY

A room without the male gaze changes everything.

In a patriarchal culture, most women have learned to measure, manage, and mute themselves in the presence of men. We track the gaze, do the “constant calculus” of how loud, big, emotional, or sensual we’re allowed to be.

Again and again, women report that in women‑only spaces they:

  • Feel safer embodying the full range of their femininity without the male gaze.
  • Relax more deeply, express more honestly, and let their bodies move more freely.
  • Connect with other women without competition, comparison, or sexual undertones.

Research on women‑only healing groups echoes this: when women gather together, they experience greater safety, empowerment, and willingness to use their voice.
